The RETech Export Initiative provides users with a RETech company directory containing information about companies, chambers and associations based in Germany that export recycling and waste disposal technologies. Use of the database does not testify to the quality of individual companies, goods, services or deliverables.

Before being able to submit an entry to the RETech company directory you must agree to these Terms of Use. Please read through them carefully.

By submitting an entry for inclusion in the RETech company directory you are granting the provider of the RETech database ("Provider") a simple, temporally and spatially unlimited and gratuitous right to use your contribution to the RETech company directory.

The Terms of Use contain regulations governing the preconditions for the granting and removal of the entry in the RETech company directory, as well as its content. Terms of use of a user which conflict with these Terms of Use shall not be applicable even without the explicit objection of the Provider.

The    Disclaimer and Privacy Policy contains information regarding the use to which your personal data will be put.

You and the Provider hereby agree the following rules in respect of the use of the RETech company directory:

1. Licence agreement

  1. By registering for the RETech company directory you are concluding a licence agreement with the Provider and declare that you agree to the rules set out in the follows.
  2. Should you not agree to these rules, you will not be permitted to continue using the RETech company directory. The rules published here apply to the use of the RETech company directory.
  3. The licence agreement is concluded for an unlimited period and may be terminated at any time by both parties without prior notice.

2. Preconditions for entry in the RETech company directory

  1. Authorisation for an entry to be made in the RETech company directory shall be given upon written application to the Provider and after agreeing to these Terms of Use. The application can be made using the electronic form; you must enter contact details and foreign trade activities. The Provider shall likewise grant authorisation in writing.
  2. No right to be granted authorisation to use the RETech company directory exists. Generally speaking, only those listed in 1. above shall be authorised to do so. Upon request, proof of activities, for instance in foreign trade, must be provided.
  3. Authorisation to use the RETech company directory shall not be granted to applicants lacking the necessary trustworthiness. Among other things, violations against environmental regulations shall be classed as indications for the applicant's untrustworthiness. Authorisation shall be granted subject to the applicant's ongoing trustworthiness.

3. User obligations

  1. In compiling an entry you are declaring that it contains no information that violates applicable law or offends against public morals. In particular you thereby declare that you have the right to create and utilise the links and images used in your contributions.
  2. The use or exploitation of the content of the RETech database for other purposes shall not be permissible. In particular, the use of all, part or extracts of the information on the internet for the commercial exploitation of addresses or for the purposes of documentation or to assist in the compiling or enlarging of telephone, address or other directories, as well as the selection of data on the internet for the aforementioned purposes as well as for the purposes of other commercial exploitation shall not be permissible.
  3. You acknowledge that the Provider accepts no responsibility for the content of contributions that he has not compiled himself or of which he is aware. You hereby permit the Provider to delete or block your user account, contributions and functions at any time.
  4. In addition, you hereby permit the Provider to amend your contributions in the event that they violate the aforementioned rules or are suitable for causing damage to the Provider or third parties.

4. Right of modification reserved

  1. The Provider shall be authorised to make changes to the Terms of Use and the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. You will be informed of any changes by email.
  2. You are entitled to object to the changes. In the event of your objecting, the contractual relationship between you and the Provider shall expire with immediate effect.
  3. Any changes shall be deemed to have been acknowledged and to be binding if you have agreed to the changes.

5. Liability

  1. The Provider hereby guarantees that he holds the exclusive rights of use to the RETech company directory. Over and above that no other guarantees for the legal validity of the RETech company directory shall be given.
  2. You hereby relinquish all rights which could arise vis-à-vis the Provider or other participants in the RETech Export Initiative from infringements resulting from use of the RETech database. You hereby release the Provider from all claims asserted by third parties in connection with the use of the RETech company directory.
