As of: 15.04.2009Indian forum on waste management in New Delhi

The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is organizing the FICCI Environment Conclave 2009" in New Delhi from July 15 - 17.

The Conclave serves as a plattform for Indian and global waste management stakeholders to create business linkages, gain knowledge and establish their presence in the evolving Indian waste management market. Parallel to the Conclave, an exhibition will be organized, where waste management companies are given the opportunity to present their technologies, products and services.

The conference will focus on the theme "Advancing public private partnerships for sutainable waste management". In addition, municipal waste management and industrial waste management are thwo important focus areas of the conclave.
