General Profile

ia GmbH – Wissensmanagement und Ingenieurleistungen, Munich was founded in 1985. Along with the development of innovative solutions in the fields of municipal waste management, knowledge was conceived as intellectual capital from the beginning.

Since 1996 ia GmbH mainly focused on knowledge management by networking municipal partners and their knowledge in the virtual community “ForumZ” (   www.forumz.de).

Going international, the network of experts and knowledge “ASK – Access to Sustainable Knowledge” (   www.ask-eu.net) was set up in 2005.

Pooling science and economy in one knowledge portal, ASK enables standardised marketing and buying processes for partners and customers. Structured professional articles and expertise in ASK, presented with their authors, cause a high ranking in search engines and generate an increasing number of prospective customers.

With the international implementation ASK is aiming at a cross-language semantic clean tech network of knowledge and experts.
