

The Terra-, Aqua-, Site Remediation Competence Centre (TASK) aims to enhance the market implementation of research and development (R&D) products in the scope of soil, groundwater and contaminated land revitalization. Supported by a network of scientists, engineers and representatives from authorities, industry and policy TASK has taken over the responsibility to improve and accelerate the transfer of know-how gained by research.
TASK set-up and operates specific measures in order to overcome existing technology implementation gaps for R&D-products such as technical devices, software tools, management strategies, guidelines or standards. A multi-level approach is being applied to identify relevant products and to derive appropriate activities:
Under coordination of the TASK Contact and Coordination Office (KKS) the expert teams conduct planning and refinement of measures Subcontractors such as engineers, technicians, product developers, representatives from authorities are also involved in the realization of measures.
