The Export Initiative RETech 's Advisory Council

The advisory council of the RETech export initiative is in charge of political facilitation, guidance and evaluation. Its meetings are convened once a year by the Federal Environment Ministry (BMU).

Functions of the RETech advisory council

  • evaluates and develops the strategy,
  • coordinates the operational activities, e.g. relating to the internet and the focal point,
  • provides technical input, information and proposals for maintaining the internet portal,
  • exchanges information about current and planned activities (events, projects),
  • identifies special technical topics and sets up working groups,
  • arranges contacts and expertise in response to individual enquiries or in relation to specialist topics,
  • facilitates the Export Initiative’s activities in other spheres (companies, countries, universities).
