As of: 12.07.2010Case studies of German projects in international waste management

Worldwide demand for recycling and waste management technologies is continuously growing due to scarcity of raw materials and rising environmental awareness. The German recycling and waste management industry is contributing to efficient use of resources and protection of the environment on the one hand and to innovation and economic growth on the other hand by exporting their products and technologies.

A number of German waste management and recycling companies are already doing business abroad. Please find below several presentations of successful projects abroad, which have been held during the 2nd RETech conference in Berlin, 29th October 2008. Most presentations are available in German only. English information might be available from the authors of the presentations.
