Reinforcement in the RETech team

Since July, Jan Sprafke has been working as a research assistant for RETech with 20 hours per week in the project "WasteGui - Guideline of urban and rural organic waste in the African countries using the example of Ethiopia". A native of Mecklenburg, he has many years of diverse experience in the fields of construction, urban water, waste and material flow management and completed his doctorate on the topic of "Potentials of biological treatment of organic waste for sector coupling". In addition to his work at RETech, Mr. Sprafke is also head of the Waste and Bioenergy Technology Center at the University of Rostock and serves as a contact person for potential research and development projects in the area of conflict between the members' recycling and waste management.
