Participation fee (including evening event) plus VAT
Non RETech members: 175 Euro
RETech-members: 50 Euro
Registration
All participants are requested to register in a written form by e-mail, online, letter or fax. The maximum number of participants is limited. In case the number of registrations exceeds the maximum number of participants the sequence of registration will be the decisive factor. A confirmation of registration together with comprehensive information concerning the venue will be sent to you within a few days. With your registration you agree to these terms and conditions. Unfortunately we will not be able to make hotel reservations. However, you will receive a list of recommended hotels.
Participation fee and invoice
The scope of services includes the provision of beverages during breaks lunch or snacks. Participants’ names and company names will be published in the documentation. If you disagree to that you are requested to state this while registering. The final invoice will be sent soon after the conference. You are kindly requested to transfer the full amount within two weeks to the indicated bank account.
Cancellations
Free of charge cancellations may be done not later than two weeks prior to the event. All cancellations must be sent to us in a written form. Until three days prior to the event we need to charge a service fee of EUR 50,00. After this deadline the full amount according to the invoice needs to be paid by the participant. At all times you are entitled to nominate a replacement participant.
Changes and annulations during the event
In case of unexpected changes and/or annulations of parts of the event the agenda might be modified or replacement speakers might be included. This does not entitle for cancellation of the registration. In case of timely or spatial changes or annulations you will receive the respective information immediately. In case of the annulations of the event you will get paid fees reimbursed. Please be notified that the cancellation of hotel reservations is the responsibility of the participants. The liability of the organizer is limited to amount of prepaid participation fees.
