Stakeholder Meeting of the Environmental Technologies Export Initiative

On May 17th a stakeholder workshop of the BMU's Export Initiative Environmental Technologies took place again. With about 70 participants, the event was very well attended.

The "Export Initiative Environmental Technologies" aims to disseminate and strengthen knowledge and application of environmental and climate protection technologies and innovative, green infrastructure in target countries. Especially for SMEs with limited personnel and financial capacities, the availability of a solid and at the same time practically prepared information base is essential for opening up new markets.

After the opening by Mrs. Nilgün Parker (BMU), the various participants in the support programme presented an overview of their implemented projects, the results and experiences gained as well as proposals for a next round. Overall, the tenor was consistently positive.

The event offered the participants space in the form of workshops to exchange experiences, develop proposals for further measures, initiate joint projects and establish new contacts.
